Moles Club - 28th August 2006

Thought Forms have a lot of effects pedals. They begin with some tasteful 'Evening Star' style Robert Fripp drones. Their songs tend to start like Enya and finish like Dinosaur Jr.

There's some splendid guitar abuse and some startlingly outré sounds and, at one point, what appear to be the massed bagpipes of the Coldstream Guards.

They close with an impressive wig-out of processed noise that would have Sonic Youth taking notes.

Best band of the evening.
