Hello

Let's see...

Thanks very much to everyone who came to the three Sonic Sanctuary gigs that have happened this year, they were all very very very good but there won't be any more for a few months now, I got no time and no money which isn't a good combination for promotion is it? The Rottenmeats Blog has some reviews and photos from the gigs if you're interested. Here.

The Invada album is nearly finished... we've got two more songs to get recorded and then it shall be done.

Crippled Black Phoenix are going on tour again in April, I'll be playing guitar rather than bass this time around and Guy is also going to be filling in on drums.

5th - Le Grand Mix, Tourcoing, France
6th - La Maroquinerie, Paris, France
7th - Pole Etudiant, Nantes, France
8th - SonArt, Bordeaux, France
9th - Secret Place, Montpellier, France
12th - The Croft, Bristol, UK

So come along if you're near to any of those.

Deej has made a really rather splendid 30 minute CD-R that will be available to your ears at some point, more about that soon...

I'm playing a solo show at the Cube in Bristol on 18th April supporting Jana Hunter and Phosphorescent, both of whom are fantastic.

And Deej and I are going to be in the USA from May 7th til July 7th, up for doing some improv shows so if anyone knows anyone who might want to put us on... let us know.

That's it.

Happy 2008 to all, we rang the new year in at the Croft surrounded by good people making good music, lovely Big Naturals, Il Goblini, SJ Esau and Rose Kemp... it did rock.

And speaking of great gigs and Big Naturals- the next Sonic Sanctuary is on Tuesday 12th February at the Pump Room in Trowbridge as per usual, it's a bit of a special one... please do come down if you're able, it's going to be flippin' great. Go to myspace.com/sonicsanctuary for a bit of aural action.

ta ta for now

Got back from ATP yesterday, mind is totally tangled up at the moment so will keep this short… we had an amazing weekend.
Saw some incredible music and some lovely people. What could be better than that!

Can't thank Portishead enough for having us there and for blowing my mind with the part of their set I could get in the room to see, it was absolutely stunning!
Can't wait for the new album.

And thanks to everyone who came to watch us play.

Right, time for a brew.
